Black Friday

Well, I have done my Black Friday bit, went to Macy’s site this morning and didn’t win anything in their sweepstakes.

This is the third morning in a row that the ground has been white with snow. Yesterday, Thanksgiving Day, it was slushy and raining and then the temperature dropped and we had blowing snow. Sitting indoors and eating was an appropriate occupation.

    Well, guess it is confession time. It took about half an hour and some very crusty replies to attempts at intimidation but I successfully cancelled my MasterCard in 2004. It was one of those "aha" moments, I was managing databases and figured out a number of queries that could identify people likely to think it was their mistake.
